At the concert installations, the Chuchchepati Orchestra performs in different formations and in changing line-ups. The permanent pool of the Chuchchepati Orchestra includes experimental and jazz musicians from Switzerland and abroad.
"Chuchchepati" (pronounced djudjepati) means horizon in Nepali and is a district of Kathmandu. The name of the orchestra refers to the origin of the 32 large loudspeakers, which are part of the artistic happenings as a multi-channeled sound installation.
